KYC may be triggered at registration, at the first withdrawal request, or at any time Aladin999 deems appropriate. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at Aladin999's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players with fully verified KYC accounts benefit from higher withdrawal limits. Aladin999 reserves the right to amend transaction limits with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 3 to 10 minutes via DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet for verified accounts. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 30 minutes depending on the receiving bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours subject to network confirmation times. First-time withdrawals are subject to additional KYC verification.
All transactions for Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. Aladin999 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your cryptocurrency wallet or exchange provider may apply their own network or transaction fees.
Aladin999 only processes withdrawals to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, or to verified account-holder bank accounts. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and comply with AML regulations. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Aladin999 support to resolve the matter constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending winnings, and potential legal action. Aladin999 maintains records of all transactions and will contest fraudulent chargebacks.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Aladin999 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion. The general terms below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The default wagering requirement for the Aladin999 welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:
